This is working, from a configuration standpoint.
However not all auth methods support this yet, so
we hide it until that is done, otherwise it is just

This is the only way to roll back even if you have a functioning app.
Use cases include:
1. You updated and something doesn't work
2. The app is in 'starting...' state (so it's installed) but no data yet
