We use a custom fork of tar-fs for now

edd2c5f779 handle tags being null 
in db, we store things as null (not set). but in rest api, we require
the fields to be strings/arrays.

ldap: unbind callback never fires in node 10.15 it seems. otherwise,
it all works..
